I'LL FIND IT IN HERE

 ©Yuri Dojc

I’ll find you in here
In surrender
I’ll see you again
In plunder
Now I know this walk well
Tiny frozen cells will make way

If my distancing steps broke your heart
Last night
Know it as well as all the rest
No heart can be broken without love

I’ll know where I’ll hide you
Your snaps, your echoing voice, your explosive lips
And your electric touch,
I’ll find it in here, to the right
Of my thoughts, stares and glides

Would you show me how?
Would you crave to sleep if I was around?
Since I have had the night in your arms
I say no to the kindness of rest,
I say hell yes to your devilish image

A goldmine I visited today reminded me
Treasures do seek grand solace,
A hideaway, they squat in lost holes
Plot against lost souls

Suppose there is a method
To all and every madness
As is in providing a bunker
For all memories you are trying to trash

I’ll find it in here, in the vastness
I will surrender, again and to you
Until then, I’ll hide in the sugary fields
I’ll find you in here.

Jasmine Garden

So I took a walk and reached a mountain top
Looked ahead, far and close
Stood in stillness
Bowed to the nature within and inside
Picked up one rock and then another
Making a tall stock
For balance is key in life
The sun the moon the stars the rain
The wind and all of nature
Has come down
To this place in time
To create a garden
Full of jasmine
Garden of souls
Jasmine sways
Jennifer and Gordon
May you stand still as one.

MY HEART

It has not felt so right with anyone as with you
Maybe once when I was younger and even then I was a fool
I have lost trust
In my heart for its guarded me well
But the ultimate emotion its capable of, it has let through like a boat into the sunny harbor.
Wanting and pleading for its cargo, for its mass.
Farm me a breath, dig me a mountain, slay me a dragon; fill me a double-breasted suit.
Did that come out of me here and now?  Aloud?
For I see oceans of mist, herds of rocks and the time on the clock has not been still in eons.
What is a true heart if not one full of love?
I slap my hand hard, so the blood rushes to the hit area and I can feel, feel pain on the outside.
